add gmail / hotmail / etc support for archiving

I dont use outlook nor thunderbolt - for my gmail there is one archiving sw, but with very limited capabilities. Possibility to use e.g. outlook to enable mailshelf is too complicated. To have mailshelf also for web-based email services would be great...
